Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-14
KaLog does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. There are no accounts, no servers, and no analytics. Everything you log stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. KaLog has no backend. We never receive your photos, notes, timestamps, or any other information you enter into the app.
What stays on your device
Photos you add, the timestamps read from them, and any notes or entries you create are stored locally on your phone. They are not uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app removes this data from your device; we hold no copy to delete on our side.
Permissions
KaLog asks for camera and photo library access only so you can add a photo to an entry. The app reads the photo's capture date to place it on your timeline. Access is used for that purpose alone, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
Third parties
KaLog contains no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no third-party analytics. We do not sell or share data, because we do not have any. The app stores you download from (Apple or Google) may collect its own download and crash statistics under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Children
KaLog is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
